Join SNA and Alderman Knudsen’s office to walk the neighborhood to highlight areas that need infrastructure repair. This is a great opportunity to advise on what the ward’s ‘menu money’ expenditure should address next year.

Sheffield Garden Walk 2025
The 54th Annual Sheffield Garden Walk presented by Alderman Brian Hopkins is Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20, 2025 from noon-5pm each day. This free community event will feature:
a self-guided walking tour of 50+ beautiful gardens
a Family Fest (on Saturday July 19)
live musical performances
neighborhood history installation
architecture walks presented by the Chicago Architecture Center
live painters
and much more!

Movie in Trebes Park: Wicked
We’re kicking off Sheffield Garden Walk weekend with the summer’s first movie, Wicked, in the newly renovated Trebes Park with us on Friday, July 18 at dusk (around 8:30pm)! Trebes Park Official Re-Opening Ceremony
The Trebes Park Advisory Council will host the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday July 15th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the southeast corner of the park.
There will be a short ceremony with remarks by Park District Superintendent and CEO Carlos Ramirez-Rosa, Regional Director Stacey Anti, 43rd Ward Alderman Timmy Knudsen, and 5th District State Senator Lakesia Collins. Following the ceremony, please join us for complementary food, drinks and entertainment including:
Magic show by Wizard of Sorts
DJ’d music by Bizar Entertainment

Indulge in the season’s best wines paired with delectable bites from Lincoln Park’s neighborhood restaurants. Gather your friends and hop in a pedicab to explore businesses along Armitage & Halsted as they transform into pop-up tasting rooms featuring wine selections from Vin Chicago! PUBLIC MEETING: 2240 N Clybourn Ave. Development
All are welcome to join SNA for a meeting to discuss a development proposal for a new four-story mixed-use building at 2240 N Clybourn Ave (currently Clybourn Metal Finishing). The applicant is seeking a zoning change from M1-2 to B2-2 and a reduction in the current required setbacks from the property line.
