This is a public meeting with Alderman Brian Hopkins’ office and real estate developer Sterling Bay about the currently vacant site at 2031-2033 N. Kingsbury previously occupied by A. Finkl & Sons. Sterling Bay proposes a 15-story mixed-use project with ground floor commercial space, 2nd Floor parking, and approximately 150 residential dwelling units on Floors 3-15.
